Phil Tkacz
Phil Tkacz: a name lost to time, yet a critical part of the story In the early days, I knew a guy named Phil Tkacz who was not interested in the Columbine investigation until he saw some crime scene photos during a presentation for his job. Phil was a firefighter from Kentucky who was taking a class called "Firefighter safety in police situations" and during this class, many crime scene photos from Columbine were shown. This was normal back in the day - those crime scene photos were passed around like candy to other agencies, who embedded them in their reports.
There were more than 10,000 photos that were "stolen" and yet only a handful were publicly leaked. Among the leaked photos were some of the evidence photos (the bomb Dylan wrote "vengeance" on, some of their timers, and of course, the library photos of their bodies). I have reason to suspect a certain person from the DA's office leaked these to a family member who is also a Columbine parent.
Back to Phil. He saw a couple of photos that made him ask questions. First, he saw a photo of Eric Harris' body on the library floor without pants. He asked why his pants were removed and was not given an answer. Second, he saw what appeared to him to be .223 shell casings on the roof. Law enforcement were allegedly never on the roof shooting .223 (according to the official story at that time). He wasn't into the case, so he didn't know anything at that time. He asked for a copy of the photos and was denied his request, and the presentation was never shown again.
That made him search the internet where he found all the researchers. That's where we met. However, not long after asking questions, Phil was accused of threatening to blow up a school near his house and he was arrested. He had to fight the charges hard, but he eventually got out of jail before too long. I can't remember how long he was in jail. We were in contact for years. He was set up - just like so many other people who got close to the truth.
CRTF forum creator Justin Tribble was also threatened and was forced to delete 6 full archives of years worth of research and discussions. I was subsequently blamed for this, people thought I hacked the forum to destroy it. I was just the scapegoat. I was the one who saved all the CRTF archives and published them to my website for people to download. Although Justin Tribble was not who he claimed to be. That was an alias.
This was an interesting pattern back then, you see. Anyone who asked questions about certain things was either forced to delete their work/research or falsely accused of threats/plans and promptly arrested.
Shooting victim Mark Taylor went after the drug company Solvay and was not only drugged against his will, institutionalized, and had his life taken from him, but he was also falsely accused of threatening to blow up a Border's Bookstore. That was how they stopped him from talking. At one point, he was so drugged that he couldn't even form a sentence.
Mark's main source of support was a man named Ron Aigner. Aigner was helping him and his mother for years and they falsely arrested him four times and made two attempts on his life. They eventually got a court order to separate him from Mark permanently - again, using false charges. This man was an established member of the community and donated his portion of land in Roxborough park to have the 13 crosses erected where they remained UNTIL SOMEONE TORE THEM DOWN.
There's more to this investigation than anyone thinks. Some of the "conspiracy theories" are more factual than anyone would ever care to believe. You don't know until you've dived deep and discovered things they don't want you to know. The whole bit about how the police failed to enter the school soon enough is true, but it's not THE cover-up. There's something much deeper.
